Colour Lab

Sometimes I imagine colours as if they were living ideas, being of pure reason with which to communicate. Nature is not on the surface, it is deep down.
― Paul Cézanne
This short dance film about perceptions of colours is set in an experimental laboratory for colour studying. An eccentric doctor chooses one of the "guinea pigs" from the incubator and starts a curious experimental method. Through numerous tests he exposes her to all spectral colours. She reacts unpredictably, with movements and dancing, which results in different, very interesting situations and her change in behavior. In the end the experiment fails by destroying the lab equipment, and the doctor furiously gives up on further experiments, goes to the incubator and makes himself available for future experiments.
